Our cleaning operatives are not employed by us or put on to an assignment until after being fully vetted including identification checks, criminal records and past employment references have been thoroughly checked out.

After successfully gaining employment with us all our new cleaning operatives are given a placement along side one of our more senior staff who with years of experience in the cleaning industry will monitor the standard of cleaning they provide completing weekly check sheets not only assessing their standard of cleaning but the attention to detail.                                                                                         

Our supervisors also carry out regular spot checks on a weekly basis ensuring that your specification is being adhered to and that all cleaning is of the highest quality you would expect from your contractor.
